BASIC OBEDIENCE
The basic course is offered in two different class structures which each meet for five weeks.
Structure I. Group Class:
The focus is on teaching you, the owner, how to train your dog and to get your dog to be socialized with other dogs. Graduates of all our classes are always welcome to phone consultations after graduation.
Structure II. Private, In-home Classes:
The trainer comes to your house and works with you for about one hour for five weeks. It is recommended that after private lessons are completed, you attend the group classes to work your dog with distractions and to provide socialization.
Basic obedience courses, performed on a leash, cover commands such as:
Sit, Sit-stay, Heel, Come, Down, Down-stay, "No bite", "No bark" and "No jump"

For these classes the trainer comes to your home approximately 2-3 times a week and works directly with your dog for about one hour. Your dog will continue to have sessions until the special issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Dogs of all ages are accepted. Once the issue is resolved, you will be shown what your dog was taught and instructed how to command your dog.
Types of issues resolved are:
Aggressive behavior with people or other animals
Housebreaking
